Adding Link Bars

The primary navigation tool that FrontPage provides for your use is called a link bar. Think of a link bar as a series of words, buttons, or images in a row or column (depending on whether the link bar is oriented horizontally across a page's width or vertically down a page's length) that offer links to other pages on your site.

If a horizontal link bar is used, particularly in conjunction with longer pages of Web content, it may appear in two places: at or near the top and at or near the bottom of the page. Similarly, a vertical link bar might be used on both the left and right edges of a page. Likewise, two different link bars on the same page can be used to replicate the same series of links or can point to two different series of links.
