Previewing Site Content in a Browser

Although the Preview view discussed in Chapter 3, “FrontPage's Views,” is a solid option for viewing a considerable amount of your design elements, you will sometimes need to check your site in a browser. FrontPage makes this process easier than would be expected.

The Preview in Browser option in the File menu lets you preview the open page on any browser installed on your system in any desired screen size (see Figure 4.24). This menu also contains the Edit Browser List command, which enables you to select which browser and screen sizes you'd like pre-populated in the list (see Figure 4.25). You are not limited to the pre-populated choices; they are simply provided for you to place your common testing elements within.
