Aligning Text

Another aspect of formatting text is aligning it on the page. The default alignment for new text on a Web page is left-justified. This means it aligns directly against the left margin of a page or against any shared borders that have been placed on the left side of a page. (Shared borders are discussed in Lesson 8, "Inserting Special FrontPage Components.")

The simplest way to align text on a page is using the alignment buttons on the Formatting toolbar. First, place the insertion point in the text and then select one of the following alignment possibilities:
