Lesson 15. Using Frames on Web Pages > Working with Frame Pages

Working with Frame Pages

Once you have your different Web pages linked to the frames on the frames page, you can place text, graphics, and hyperlinks on these pages (working on them as you would any other page in FrontPage). For example, one page may contain a set of hyperlinks that are used to navigate the site. The links would then appear in the associated frame on the frames page. Another frame may contain nothing more than a banner that will always appear in the associated frame. The main frame on the page would be used to view the different pages that are called up when a link on the links frame is selected.

Figure 15.4 shows a preview of a Frames page that contains three frames. The top frame is linked to a page that contains a banner (just a banner; it always shows at the top of the Frames page). The middle frame will show the current Web page that has been selected from the hyperlinks that are listed on the left frame.
