Creating a Web Form

The forms you create can be as simple or as complex as your need dictates. You can create a form that consists of just one text box that requests visitors to provide their e-mail addresses. Or, you can design a complex form that uses different field types, such as check boxes or drop-down lists.

How you begin the form creation process depends on how complex you want to make the form. If you are planning on making a form with a number of different input fields, your best bet is to insert a form on a page, and then insert the various input fields (such as radio buttons, text boxes, and so on) as required.
