Using the FrontPage POM to Respond to Page-Level Events

In addition to the events defined for Web-level events in the Web Object Model, the Page Object Model (POM) exposes a number of events for each of its objects. Each of the objects exposed in the POM (page 992) exposes events to provide notification of typical user interactions with the element.

The Page Object Model is based on the Internet Explorer DHTML object model and therefore inherits the event model. One item to note is the DHTML object model was created for a runtime environment. Because of this, some events make more sense than others when used in the design-time environment of Microsoft FrontPage.
