Fine-Tuning Publisher Publications 138 Setting Up AutoCorrect When you add text to your publications, it's nice to have misspellings and typos corrected automat- ically. The Publisher AutoCorrect feature does this for you. You can set the various AutoCorrect options and add your own common misspellings and typos to the AutoCorrect list. To set up AutoCorrect, follow these steps: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Click the Tools menu, and then click AutoCorrect. The AutoCorrect dialog box appears (see Figure 17.6). To add a common misspelling or typo, type the misspelling in the Replace box and the correct spelling in the With box. Click Add to add the items to the AutoCorrect list. To remove an item from the AutoCorrect list, click the item and then click the Delete button. Click OK when you finish working in the AutoCorrect dialog box.
