Lesson 7. Doing More with Tables > Manipulating the Cells in a Table

Manipulating the Cells in a Table

After you created your first table, you may have thought long and hard about how much thought you would need to put into creating future tables. The answer is none! Even though you have to specify the number of rows and columns in your table when you create it, you are not locked into that configuration of cells. You can add or remove cells from your table at any time. You can also split one cell into two or more cells, and you can merge two or more cells into one.

Adding Cells

When you want to add to your table, FrontPage gives you the option of adding a single cell or one or more rows or columns.
