Chapter 3. Text > Editing Text

Editing Text

Once you’ve entered or imported text, chances are good you’re going to have to change it. InDesign includes most common word processing features, such as the ability to move the cursor through text using keyboard shortcuts, check the spelling of text, or find and change text and formatting. Fortunately, InDesign now has a Story Editor feature (which PageMaker users have come to know and love)—so your text editing can be done either on the page or in a story window.
