PDFs and hyperlinks
Hyperlinks can be used in PDF files in order to create links between different areas of text (usually within the same file or to other URLs). Hyperlinks are interactive in an exported PDF file only when the file is viewed in Acrobat Reader.
Websites have to present information in an organized, controlled manner so users can access the information they need without getting confused. To help orient users, a Website's introductory usually lists, by topic, the other pages in the site.
