Chapter 19. Web Layouts > Creating rollovers

Creating rollovers

A rollover is an image on a Web page whose appearance changes when the mouse is moved over it . If a user clicks the item, they're linked to another Web page. Rollovers are used as visual cues to help users find links on a page or to show them additional information about a link, and are a fun way to add interactivity to Web pages.
