Keep the case open
UPPERCASE characters (input with Caps Lock or Shift pressed down) can't be converted back to lowercase. Lower case characters, on the other hand can be converted into all caps or small caps with a flip of a switch. To typeset an all uppercase word, first type it all lowercase (or with just an initial cap), then select it and click the big “K” in the lower right corner of the Measurements palette (or click the little “K” for all small caps).

TIP
To move text inward from all sides of its box, select the box, choose Item > Modify, click the Text tab, then enter a Text Inset: All Edges value (click Apply to preview). Or to specify a different value for each side of a rectangular box, check Multiple Insets, then change the Top, Left, Bottom, or Right values (see page 71). And remember, you can always move the text box downward on the page!
