Chapter 98. Exporting EPS

Sometimes you need to use one or more InDesign pages in another application. To do this in QuarkXPress, you would save the page as an Encapsulated PostScript file (EPS) by choosing Save Page as EPS. InDesign lets you save pages as EPS or PDF files (we cover PDF in the next chapter) by choosing Export from the File menu. In the Export dialog box, select EPS from the Formats popup menu, give the file a name, and, for Windows, make sure the file has a .EPS extension. (We discuss graphic formats in more detail in Chapter 62.)
