Setting Graphics Properties (Win)

The graphics properties let you set how the pages are to be printed. Some of these options are used only when printing to an imagesetter. Others can help you print more than one page on a piece of paper.

To set the graphics properties (Win):

1.
Click Properties in the Print dialog box.

2.
Click the Graphics tab. This opens the Graphics options .

Figure 12.8. The Graphics Properties (Win) let you control the look and layout of the printed document.

3.
If the printer has different resolution settings, choose a resolution.

4.
Check Print as a Negative Image to change the black areas to white and the white areas to black.

5.
Check Print as a Mirror Image to reverse the document.

Tip

The negative and mirror-image settings are usually reserved for outputting to film.
