Setting the Paper Properties

The paper properties let you set the size of the paper as well as the orientation of the document on the printed page.

To set the paper properties (Win):

1.
Click Properties in the Print dialog box to open the Printer Properties.

Click the Paper tab. This displays the paper properties . Choose the page size from the choices in the window.

Choose the Orientation:

  • Portrait sets the document so that the width is shorter than the height.

  • Landscape sets the document so that the height is shorter than the width.

  • If you choose Landscape, check Rotated, to rotate the image 180°.

4.
Use the Paper Source pop-up list to choose a cassette or manual feed.
