Chapter 13. EXPORT > Creating Web Files

Creating Web Files

Although most people use InDesign to create printed materials, you may also want to use your designs as Web pages. The format for Web pages is a text file marked up with coding tags from a language called HTML (hypertext markup language). Fortunately, it is rather easy to change InDesign documents from print layouts to HTML pages . If you need more information on creating documents for the Web, see The Non-Designer's Web Book by Robin Williams and John Tollett, published by Peachpit Press.
