Chapter 13. EXPORT >  Working with PDF Styles

Working with PDF Styles

Just as you can create printer styles for printing documents (see pages 241–242), you can also create PDF styles that contain the settings for different PDF documents.

To create a PDF style:

1.
Choose File > Define PDF Styles to open the Define PDF Styles dialog box .

Click New. This opens the Edit PDF Export Style dialog box .

3.
Name the style.

4.
Choose PDF Options from the pop-up list and set those options as described on page 245.

5.
Choose Compression from the pop-up list and set those options as described on page 246.

6.
Choose Pages and Page Marks from the pop-up list and set those options as described on pages 207 and 211.
