To find and change fonts only:

1.
Choose Utilities menu > Usage, then click the Fonts folder tab (F2). The names of all the fonts used in the document will display. A minus sign before a font name indicates that that font is currently unavailable on the system.

Click the name of the font that you want to replace , then click Replace .

or

Double-click the name of the font that you want to replace.

Choose a replacement font, then click OK twice.

Repeat steps 2–3 for any other fonts that you want to replace.

Optional: Click Show First to display the first instance of the currently high lighted font in the document, click Show Next to see the next instance, or hold down Alt to turn the Show Next button into a Show First button. All instances of a given font will be replaced, regardless of which instance is currently displayed.

6.
Click Close when you're finished.

Tip

To replace more than one font at a time, before clicking Replace, click on the first in a series of consecutively listed fonts, then Shift-click on the last font in the series, or Ctrl-click them individually.
