Chapter 20. Output > To use the PPD manager:

To use the PPD manager:

1.
Choose Utilities menu > PPD Manager.

2.
Click on a printer name to select it .

3.
Click the check mark to remove that printer name from any Setup folder tab list or click in that spot to add the printer name.

To highlight multiple, consecutively listed printer names, click a name, then Shift-click the last name you want to select. Ctrl-click to highlight non-consecutive names. Press and hold on the Include column and choose Yes or No from the drop-down menu to include or exclude the highlighted PPDs.

4.
Click OK or press Enter. The Printer Description drop-down menu in the File menu > Print > Setup folder tab will update.
