To add an entry to a library:

1.
Create a new library or open an existing library.

2.
Choose the Item tool (or hold down Ctrl with the Content tool).

3.
Press and drag any item, group, or multiple-item selection into the library . You can even drag an entry from one library to another. A thumbnail of the item will appear in the library; the original item will stay on your page.

Auto library save

A library is saved each time an entry is added to it if the Auto Library Save box is checked in Edit menu > Preferences > Application > Save folder tab. When this option is unchecked, a library is saved only when it's closed.
