1. | Choose File > Print (Cmd-P/Ctrl-P). |
2. | Ask your service provider what settings to choose in the Setup and Output panes. |
3. | Click Printer, then click OK in the alert box. |

7. | Click Save, choose a location in which to save the PostScript file, enter a descriptive name, like (“Ch1.ps” or “1–10.ps,” then click Save again. |
8. | The QuarkXPress Print dialog box will reopen. Adjust any other settings, then click Print (not Cancel). Be sure to send along the live (non-PostScript) file and pictures to the service provider, just in case. |
