Facing to single/single to facing

To convert a single-sided document to a facing-pages document, go to File > Document Setup, then check the Facing Pages box. Simple.

To convert a facing-pages document to a single-sided document, first you have to delete all the facing master pages in the document or drag the blank single-sided master page icon individually over each facing-pages master icon. Beware: Any unmodified master items on documents pages (such as auto text boxes and their contents) will be removed! If you need to preserve some master page items, you can copy and paste them from the facing-pages master to a single-sided master before you delete the facing-pages master. Next, open the Document Setup dialog box and uncheck Facing Pages.
