To change the angle of a line:

1.
Choose the Item or Content tool, then click a line.

2.
To snap the line to an increment of 45° from the original angle, Shift-drag a handle (this can't be done with an orthogonal line).

From the Measurements palette, choose Left Point, Midpoint, or Right Point (not Endpoints), then change the angle value .

The X and Y fields indicate the distance between the ruler origin and a line's Left Point, Midpoint or Right Point. Change the X and/or Y value to reposition a line. (For Midpoint mode, the X and Y are designated by XC and YC.)

or

Choose the Rotate tool, press to establish an axis point, drag away from the line to create a lever, then rotate the line.
