Chapter 6. Formats > To indent a whole paragraph:

To indent a whole paragraph:

1.
Choose the Content tool.

2.
Click in a paragraph or drag downward through a series of paragraphs .

Choose Style > Formats (Cmd-Shift-F/Ctrl-Shift-F).

4.
Enter a Left Indent and/or Right Indent value in any measurement system used in QuarkXPress .

5.
Click Apply to preview (Cmd-A in the Mac OS) . Or Option-click/Alt-click Apply to turn on continuous apply (Alt-A in Windows). Click in, or Tab to, another field to activate it.

Click OK.

TIP

Individual format dialog boxes can be accessed from the bottom of the Style menu or by clicking the Formats, Tabs, or Rules tab in the Paragraph Attributes dialog box.
