Working with Absolute and Relative Positioning

Imagine you have an image you want to position in the upper-left corner of your Web page. You could use regular HTML to position the element close to where you want it by using the align attribute and getting creative with some of the basic tags. However, “close to where you want it” is often not good enough. Why can’t you position the element in question exactly where you want it? This is when using style sheets for absolute positioning can be a very powerful tool to help you perfectly align your elements.
