Filter by Form Doesn't Find the Expected Records

Q1:Either too few records or records extraneous to the filter appear when using Filter by Form.
A1: Access keeps your last filter settings for a table until you close the table. If you've applied a different filter—whether through filter by selection or filter by form earlier in your current work session—Access might be applying additional filter criteria that you're not expecting. Right-click the datasheet, and choose Remove Filter/Sort to clear all previous filter criteria and ensure that the new filter criteria you enter are the only ones in effect. Alternatively, choose Records, Remove Filter/Sort from the main Access menu.
