Creating a PivotChart from a PivotTable

PivotCharts offer an alternative to Access charts you create with the Chart Wizard, as described in the preceding chapter, "Adding Charts and Graphics to Forms and Reports." You create PivotCharts by right-clicking a PivotTable and choosing PivotChart from the context menu. Excel PivotCharts use the Microsoft Graph 2000 (Graph9) engine that's common to all Office members. PivotCharts offer features, such as the ability to quickly alter a chart's design to increase or decrease the level of detail, that enable users to customize their graphical view of the data.

To add a PivotChart to the worksheet and have it appear as the presentation in the Access PivotTable form, follow these steps:
