Working with XML Data in Access 582 Exporting Other Access Objects as XML In addition to tables and data, Access allows you to export other database objects such as queries, forms, and reports as XML documents for publication or other types of presentation. Access exports these objects in much the same way that it exported the table data. It will create an .xml file, an XSD if you request it, and presentational elements if you request those as well. To see how this works, let's create a form using the Form Wizard and then export it to XML. Export a form as XML 1. 2. 3. Open the file HelloWorld16.mdb, located in the Chap16 folder, where you copied the sample files for this book.
