Understanding Access Projects 4. 531 5. In the Sort Type column, select Ascending for the StartDate field. Also select Ascending in the Sort Type column for Priority. Notice that the order in which you selected these fields for sorting is indicated in the Sort Order column. If you wanted to change the sort order and sort by Priority first, you could select 1 for that field. On the toolbar, click the Save button, enter CurrentTasks as the name of the view, and then click OK. As you can see here, the field list for the Tasks table indicates which fields the records will be sorted by:
