Sorting, Filtering, and Retrieving Data 204 14. 15. This filter displays records that meet the criteria CampaignID = 3 and ExpenseType = Travel or CampaignID = 4. When you combine criteria on the Look For tab with criteria on the Or tab, records are included by the filter if either condition is true. The ExpenseType criteria entered on the Look For tab in this example doesn't apply to campaign 4. If you want to see only travel records for both campaigns, you also need to enter Travel as the filter criteria for ExpenseType on the Or tab. Click Remove Filter so that the datasheet displays all the records. On the Records menu, click Filter, Advanced Filter/Sort.
