Presenting Data with Reports 371 You can use the Running Sum property for other purposes as well. For example, you could set the Running Sum property to Over Group to keep a running total of quantities or sums for a group on a report. Working with Report and Section Events Report events­events that relate to the report itself and to the different sections of a report­let you manage what happens when a report opens, for example, or when the Report window becomes the active window, a page of the report is ready to print, or a section of the report is ready to be formatted or printed. Report events are listed on the Event tab of the Properties dialog box, and as you can with form events, you can run a macro or a Visual Basic event procedure or calculate an expression
