Presenting Data with Reports 354 The field list for the CampaignExpense report now includes the fields we added in the Query Builder, as you can see here: 8. 9. 10. 11. On the View menu, click Sorting And Grouping. Click in the CampaignID row, and then select Yes in the Group Footer property box at the bottom of the dialog box. Close the Sorting And Grouping dialog box. We want to add the new fields to the CampaignID Footer section, which is added to the report in this step. The summary information will appear after the expense details for each campaign. Using the field list, add the CampaignBudget field to the CampaignID Footer section. Move the field's label above the text box for the field so that the report's layout looks something like the following:
