Chapter 10. Presenting Data with Reports > Creating a Report with the Report Wi... - Pg. 338

Presenting Data with Reports 338 6. By default, the wizard selects a field (or fields) from a table on the one side of a one-to-many relationship as the first field by which data will be grouped in a report. In this example, the fields are CampaignID and Country. If you select By CampaignExpenses in this screen, no report groups will be defined in this step on the basis of table relationships, but you can specify fields by which to group records yourself in a screen that appears later in the wizard. Keep By MarketingCampaigns selected, and then click Next. In this screen, you can define up to four report grouping levels. The first grouping level--CampaignID and Country--was designated in the previous step.
