Implementing Security 9. 650 Access will display a Confirm Workgroup Information dialog box, as shown here. Note the information for each item for future reference. If you want to change anything, click the Change button; otherwise, click OK. 10. Access will inform you that you've created a new workgroup information file. Click OK, and then click OK again to close the Workgroup Administrator. Access not only creates the new WIF but also subscribes you to it. You'll notice in the Workgroup Administrator dialog box that the workgroup information has changed to reflect your new workgroup.
