Click Close in the Customize dialog box. As you'll learn in the next section, you can assign a toolbar, a menu bar, or a shortcut menu to a form or to a control on a form. The CampaignShortcuts menu, because it contains commands related to maintaining a database, would be a good shortcut menu to associate with an application switch- board form, for example, or with another form that you work with frequently. Enter a name for the new toolbar, and then click OK. On the Toolbars tab, click Properties. In the Toolbar Properties dialog box, select Menu Bar from the Type list, and then click Close. Click the Commands tab. Select the category of commands you want in the Categories list. In the Com- mands list, select the item you want to add to the menu, and then drag the item to the menu bar. To rename the item or to modify the item's image, Right-click the item, and use commands on the menu that appears. Use the Commands tab to add other items to the menu.
