Completing Your Database Application 477 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. To fill out the Reports menu, click All Reports in the Categories list, and add Campaign Ex- penses and Campaign Summary. To complete the Data Entry menu, click Records in the Categories list. From the Commands list, add New Record and Delete Record. Click View in the Categories list. From the Com- mands list, add Datasheet View to the Data Entry menu. For a user of a database who isn't involved in designing database objects, a menu bar such as this lets the user work with most of the database application's key features. As you'll learn later in this chapter, in the section "Setting Startup Options," you can designate this menu bar as the default menu bar to display when you open the HelloWorld database. To fill out the Data Analysis menu, first click Records in the Categories list. From the Com- mands list, drag Sort Ascending, Sort Descending, Advanced Filter/Sort, and Toggle Filter to the menu. Select Insert in the Categories list. In the Commands list, add Query to the Data Analysis menu. For the last item on this menu, click File in the Categories list, and then drag Custom to the Data Analysis menu. Right-click on the Custom item, and then click Properties.
