Completing Your Database Application 473 You use the Commands tab to define the actions that the items on the menu bar (or toolbar or shortcut menu) will perform. The Categories list includes each menu in Access as well as the names of several toolbars, entries for the different types of database objects, and other categories of commands. The Commands list displays the commands in each category. 7. To begin building our menu bar, we'll create a menu that opens several forms in the database.
