Analyzing Data with PivotTables and PivotCharts 3. 403 4. 5. 6. 7. Click the label Axis Title at the bottom of the chart, and then enter Expense Categories as its caption. The Properties dialog box displays different tabs and different options depending on which element of the chart you've selected. For example, if you select Plot Area in the Select list on the General tab, the Properties dialog box displays the Type tab, which you can use to change the type of chart. You can use the Border/Fill tab to change the background color, pattern, and other formatting for the chart. Click the General tab, and then select Chart Workspace from the Select list. In the Add area of the dialog box, click the Add Title button. Click the title label that's added at the top of the chart, click the Format tab, and then enter Campaign Expenses in the Caption box. On the Format tab, select Bottom from the Position list. You can position the title at either side of the chart or at the top or bottom. Close the Properties dialog box.
