The PivotChart field list includes the fields from the expense report query as well as two sum- mary fields--DatePurchased By Week and DatePurchased By Month--that you can use in building the chart. These fields could be used for filtering data to see how expenses compare week by week or month by month. Using the field list, drag the ExpenseType field to the area labeled Drop Category Fields Here. Drag Country to the area labeled Drop Series Fields Here, and then drag AmountSpent to the area labeled Drop Data Fields Here. The PivotChart should now look like the following:
