Analyzing Data with PivotTables and PivotCharts 393 19. In the field list, select CompanyName, drag it to the row area, and drop it to the right of the list of countries. By including CompanyName (which is now the inner row field) on the PivotTable, you create a new level of detail. You can now see the dollar amount for each order that customers in each country placed in a given year. And, of course, you can use the ProductName field to filter the records. To display or hide the details for each customer, click the CompanyName column heading, and then click the Show Details or Hide Details button. To collapse the row fields so that only the list of countries appears, as shown here, click the Country column heading, and then click the Collapse button on the PivotTable toolbar: 20. If you're going on to the next section, keep the ProductsByCountry PivotTable open. If not, you can close the PivotTable at this point.
