Creating Views

To create a new view, proceed as you would using Access mdb: Click Queries in the Database window, and then click New. A New Query dialog box opens, in which you select which type of query you want to create. Select Design View.

In Access 2000 click the Views tab in the Database window, and then click New. The query designer opens, where you can assemble your view in a manner similar to using the Access query design view, as shown in Figure 7-1. Incidentally, Access projects do not provide wizards to support you during the view creation process.
