Joins

In the query designer, you can create joins between tables, which is similar to creating joins in the Design mode for Access mdb queries. First, use the Add Table or Show Table dialog box to move all tables or views into the diagram area. Alternatively, you can use the mouse to drag the tables directly from the Access database window into the query designer.

Automatic Joins

The query designer automatically creates joins between two tables if relationships have been defined between the tables you moved into the diagram area. The relationships are represented by join lines, as you can see in Figure 7-6, which illustrates the foreign key relationship between tblProductSales and tblProducts.
