Query Designer Areas

With the query designer, you can display or hide three areas for displaying the view design, listed in Table 7-1. By default, the system displays the Diagram and Grid areas, which basically correspond to those of the Access mdb design view for queries. However, in the grid area, columns are defined one below the other, whereas the mdb design view positions them next to each other.
