Finding and Organizing Your Data

Access has many ways of finding and organizing data, and each is good for a certain situation. As you learned in Lesson 17, Find and Replace is very useful when you're working with individual instances of a particular value—for example, finding Mr. Smith's record quickly. This lesson explains other ways of finding what you need.
