Changing a Cell's Content

Very few things are done perfectly the first time around. As you enter records into your table, you might find you need to make some changes. Editing a cell's content is easy. You can replace the old content completely or edit it. Which is better? It depends on how much you need to change—you make the call.

Replacing a Cell's Content

If the old content is completely wrong, it's best to enter new data from scratch. To replace the old content in a field, follow these steps:
