Find Records p. 127

  • You can also set multiple criteria when performing a Find. If you enter the criteria on the same blank form, you are conducting an AND search. Entering “Bank” and “Cash” in the Destination and Business Purpose fields will find only those records that contain both those entries. That is, only records that satisfy all the specified criteria will be displayed.

  • You can also sort a database to find records. For instance, if you were looking for a specific lengthy trip, you could perform a descending sort on Total Mileage. Then you’d flip through the sorted records by clicking Book pages.
