Changing Password Access

If more than one user relies on a particular password, any user who changes it leaves the others up the proverbial creek. You can now limit a user's ability to change passwords.

To prevent users from changing passwords:

1.
Choose File > Access Privileges > Passwords.

2.
The Define Passwords dialog box appears. In the password list on the left, click the password you want to change.

3.
In the Privileges section on the right, uncheck the Change password check box (Figure 17.37).

4.
Click Change and then Done. Enter the master password when prompted.
