Printing a Report

Once you've designed your report, you should print a copy. Not only does printing a hard copy of your report give you a snapshot of your data at the time the report is printed, but it's also handy to have a hard copy around. If you see items that should be modified, you can refer to your hard copy while you make changes.

To print a report

1.
Display the reports in your database and double-click the report you want to print.

The report appears in Print Preview mode.

2.
Choose File > Print and fill in the boxes telling Access which range of pages to print, which printer to use, and so forth.
