Modifying Existing Reports

You can assign fields, grouping levels, and formatting elements to your report from scratch, or while you're stepping through the Report Wizard. You can change your report's design at any time using the techniques in this chapter and those in Chapter 4.

To modify an existing report:

Select the report you want to open.

Click the Design toolbar button (Figure 6.4).

Your report appears in Design view. You can relocate, redefine, and remove any item you wish using the skills you learned in Chapter 4.
