Looking at Queries

When you design a query, you need to specify which tables and queries you want to use as the query's data sources, pick the fields from those tables and queries that contain the particular information you want, and set a criteria for each field so that Access finds the records you want. You can make these choices in the Query Design Grid ( Figure 5.1 ).
